I ordered from seeing add in Facebook a product in combo offer Samsung Bluetooth with a pair of earpod.next day I received a confirmation call and she said for easy return process as they are sending the product with proper Samsung invoice. After 2 days on last friday 15th July I received a product and paid via google pay to the ecart delivery partner.once I open I was really get shocked seeing a local and a cheap product without any invoice.I tried to call the person which the number was provided in the parcel but it was a fraud number and I tried for getting refund my money from ecart person but they denied also.I am really shocked after such an incident which was I never faced before.now seeing so many complaints against the company how a company is able to run such a bussiness Its a totally fraud and cheating .as I ordered the product with an amount Rs1599/- as I required the same urgently in this pandemic situation. It’s a fraud company. Kindly return my amount as soon as possible.
