I ordered couple of items from Mahabhoj Palace and my account is debited with 210 rs but not received any confirmation or invoice or anything from there side. And there is no way to contact them because they are not picking call, not replying on WhatsApp and e-mail are also not delivered to them.

I ordered couple of items from Mahabhoj Palace on Feb 20 , 2024 and my account is debited with 210 rs but not received any confirmation or invoice or anything from there side. And there is no way to contact them because they are not picking call, not replying on WhatsApp and e-mail are also not delivered to them. I want my refund.
