I ordered cargo pants but I got damage delivery

I ordered 2 adjustable cargo pants worth ₹898 from a website called Faction Hut.
I was not given an order confirmation, order tracking status or anything of the sort. It has now been delivered to my house and paid for and when package was opened, it is a torn up used, stinky and dirty blue jeans pant.
I can’t even find the website to look for a return and refund policy.
