Hi, this is Kaniska Chaudhuri, I had bought a product of BOSE wireless headset for Rs. 1599. Order No. 58300. The customer ID is 05JULY1316, map ID: 10989075, order date: 07/05/2020. I would like to inform that the product received is totally a wrong product which is a very cheap wired headset and nothing else. I would like to return the product and get my money back. The ordered had been taken by a company called BASS GURU and it seems it is totally a fraudulent company.
