I ordered ambrane 20000 mah power bank on 3 aug 2022 I received order 5 Aug 2022 10000 mah power bank and bill was 20000 mah power bank. Then I raised replacement request on same day and order was pickup on 7 aug 2022. I get promise from flipkart that replacement product will be deliver in 10 Aug but product was shipped by seller on 16 Aug 9 days after seller received order. On 18 Aug product was delivered to my address but product was intensionally send wrong by seller I received 10000 mah power bank from ambrane but bill was ambrane 20000 mah power bank. I want compensation and my 20000 mah power bank which was I order. I mention this seller mistake to flipkart customer care but no resolution given by them. I don’t want any refund of this product I only want my ambrane 20000 mah power bank which was I ordered. And compensation regarding this inconvenience from flipkart.
