Hello,
On November 06, 2020 i placed an order for a WIZPAD Z1 PRO Tab via an offer i received from YouTube. After placing the order i didn’t receive a confirmation email/text for this purchase. Today – November 10, 2020 i received a delivery. The content was XOLO tab. The product i received was all scratches up no where close to what I purchased, it was not even in its original packaging and with no return address details. I tried contacting the merchant(BOOKMYTAB) today via phone#s 09711434746 and 9711208164 and they’re both non reachable.
Please can you help me with this case? I can’t even file a dispute with my bank because the merchant didn’t send me any details about the purchase made either at the time of the purchase or delivery. Moreover the payment was made via PAYU as the payment gateway.
