I bought the fossil gen 6 watch from the https://shyamkrupaenterprise.com/ website on 6 September order id #11984.
As I unboxed it there were a few scratches on the back of the watch, as I switched on the watch the whole system was very laggy, it did not have any features at all as mentioned in the description of this product on the website which was very misleading, and according to their refund policy “if the product was not as per the description than we could apply for a refund of the product” as I requested them to take their watch in the same original condition as it was delivered to me with bill and everything and provide a refund for the same,at first they did not respond but after few days They told to me write an email to their customer support which I did but got no response till date.That is why I decided to file a complaint against them.
