I ordered a product worth Rs. 300 from mantrafab and they haven’t sent any confirmation mail. It’s been a week and still it shows that the order is processing. I have mailed them. But didn’t get any reply .

Text of Complaint by Shreyas Trapasia:

I had ordered a product worth Rs 300 and they haven’t sent any confirmation mail regarding it. As there is no cash on delivery , I had paid the amount through UPI. I had sent a mail regarding it to them. But they haven’t sent any response back. It’s been 7 days and it still shows that the order is processing without any brief details. Please help me get my money back. I am uploading my payment picture and also the “order still processing” picture
