Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Product Received
Dear sir
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue with the product I recently purchased from store. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received, as I received a completely different product than what I had ordered.
On August 8 2023 I placed an order through Instagram for FRONT ZIPPER . The transaction was smooth, and I was eagerly anticipating receiving the product. Yesterday, on [14-08-2023], I received the package from your store. However, upon opening it, I was shocked to find an entirely different item inside.
I immediately contacted the delivery person, as I believed it was a simple mistake that could be quickly resolved. However, the delivery person was unable to assist me and suggested that I reach out to the store directly to resolve the issue.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but this mix-up has caused a significant inconvenience for me. Not only have I paid for a product I did not receive, but it has also caused a delay in obtaining the item I originally ordered.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I would appreciate a full refund of the amount I paid for the incorrect product, as well as a prompt replacement or delivery of the correct item I initially ordered. I expect this matter to be resolved within 1-2 days as I would like to avoid any further inconvenience or dissatisfaction.
Enclosed with this letter, please find a copy of the order confirmation and the receipt for the incorrect product. This serves as evidence of my purchase and further supports my claim.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I have been a loyal customer of your store for several years, and I hope that this unfortunate incident does not tarnish my opinion of your establishment. I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter and a favorable resolution.
