I ordered a pack of 3 full coverage bras from hoppingzstreet online and received 2 cheap leggings! The advertisement was on instagram so I trusted the website. Had to pay Rs.1099 as it was cash on delivery. I immediately emailed about the wrong delivery on the mentioned customer support email id: francesohgkdav@gmail.com.
I have attached the image for the wrong products received and also my two emails sent to them stating that the products received are wrong and I wish to have my refund. But till date I’ve not received any revert from the company.
I was also cheated last week from the same site and same product, My order number was 14616 and i have sent mail for refund to this email id: francesohgkdav@gmail.com
But till date didn’t get a revert.
