Amazon refused to deliver the produce OR refund my money – saying the product came from one of their 3rd party vendors and I would have to deal with them to get the product delivered or refunded. I said no, Amazon’s past practice has been to expedite a paid for produce or refund the price of the undelivered product. So, refusing to deliver the product or refund the already paid funds is a fraudulent practice of Amazon!
