I ordered dumbell for rs.988 in lit basket on 23 oct 2020,its been a month but i did not receive my product and also the contact information which they provided is also fake.i wanted to file a complaint against Lit basket and also Instagram for not verifying the website and posting their advertisement in instagram

The following is the last message i got from their website after my payment
