I ordered a decor item from this site but till now its not confirmed nor any product has raced me. and my money got deducted

This site really seems like a fake site. I also ordered few products on August 4. But still I don’t get any notifications regarding delivery. This is totally ridiculous. Shopify shoud take action against this seller. Bcoz , shooify is well knot platform.
