I ordered a Vitamin K swanson brand cream from amazon worth 2000 however the product was fake with no name of the company and there was no label in the product. I called them 5 times in amazon they stated we will refund the amount wait for 24 hrs -72 hrs.
They every time shared that don’t worry u are prime customer you will get the amount back. In the recent call when I called them one of the junior customer care representative said mam wait for 1 day you will get the amount. Then I asked for an written confirmation she said mam I cant share that and after that I asked to transfer the call to senior. The senior said mam wait for 24 hrs but we cannot share a written confirmation .After a long conversation she said mam sorry we wont be able to refund the amount as per our process. Whatever you want to do you can do we have a process which we have to follow.
It is not about the amount I paid but it is about the false commitment they are providing to the customer , I am following up on this from more than a month .But they are making me fool by providing false commitment.
