This is serious issue regarding the website Bloomsvilla.com the company which provide online facility to send flowers cakes gifts to your loved ones. Bloomsvilla is based on Karnataka city as website says. This is regarding my Order who’s order number is ORDER BV2114789 I ordered for Red velvet cake and flower with Vass but I received only cake that to chocolate flavour which we don’t like at all I have money for Red velvet and did not received item latter we have to order from the local shop from my place. I want to take a serious. Action on this and refund my 1483₹
I am student and any amount deduction pains me this website has wrong number and inserted you will not able to reach out them neither any customer service will respond I want my refund.
