I bought boat stone 1200f bluetooth speaker from flipkart on 22 september, which cost me 2499rs, there was a problem with battery and charging, after complaining about it, I talked about giving replacement of that product, When I was being given the product that came in replacement, I checked it and its packaged broken seal was tampered with, When I refused to take it, the delivery boy got angry, only then I immediately called the Flipkart customer care and told the whole thing,
So he told me to take the product with that broken seal and also said that I will put the replacement again immediately, you will get another product. But when called again, they refused to give replacement and said that you will get its refund, you can order that product again, But when I bought it, I got 2499, later its price increased to 3999, When I told him this, he flatly refused to compensate for my loss.Then I told all my things to the social media team, they put my product for replacement on September 28, but I had moved from the current address, so asked them to change the address, then they canceled the replacement and said within 24 hours You will get a call again, after changing the address, get the replacement raise again, Since then I am continuously sending mails, messages to all the departments but no response. On Twitter, Flipkart Sport says just one thing.be patient, We are working and will contact you soon Do not call, lie, think that if you do not say then you have not answered, I have also given an alternate mobile number, I am ready to send the call history of both the numbers to when It’s been 5 days today while speaking this, But no call or mail came. The return date of my product is till 4th October.I checked, there is more problem in this unit than before. Just get my product replaced. Otherwise, please get me my refund with compensation for my loss. So that I can order the same product again.
