I have ordered a MI powerbank ( black colour) but I got one of white colour. I requested to return the product more than 6 times but everytime my request has been rejected by the seller. I contacted customer care and their seniors as well but didn’t get any help. After trying to return the product more than 5 times, I got a call from flipkart in which they inquired about the product . but even after that next day my return request got cancelled. I contacted flipkart again and I was asked to contact the brand so that they help me to get the return request approved.so I contacted the brand as well but they said me that brand can’t help me as I have ordered it from flipkart. I request flipkart to help me to get refund from the seller. I am depressed as am trying to return the product since 7 days. Please help me .
