I order a Apple Pencil in Amazon But It Shipped A Local Pencil. When I Received A Packet of Amazon , I opened it I am Shocked , I got A normal Pencil And I suddenly contacted customer care. The customer care agents said to me , A investigation team Investigate your case so wait 6 days He Promised to give me a refund. i satisfied . Now 6days later i call amazon and the customer care agents said to me , Your investifation is over and i you do not get refund because the right item deliverd to your house. i ordered iphone,ipad,macbook pro but this is the only thing i got incorrectly. plz investigate again i am not fraud but amazon agents didn’t trust me so i will give a consumer case. i am not satisfied with amazon . i make a video clip when i openrd it.
