I ordered 714 rupees of the Cristy company jacket on 10th October, Order Id.
OD429378635796032100. The shipped date was shown on Flipkart Application on 13
and the delivery dated on 10th October but they didn’t deliver that day and I went to the
local office of koppal on 19th October they refused to give the order and the office
authorities did not give a good response. The next day on 20 October again i went to the
local office Koppal , on that day also they refused and behaved rudely .They delivered
the order on 21st October .They delayed 2 days to delivered order and they did not
respect their customer. So it’s the deficiency of service and also it is mental agony and
harassment for me. So I claim 15,000 rupees as damages for deficiency of service.
