I ordered 3 tops from this site which is cost of 800rs and I received a used lower this is ridiculous and it has no refund option they are just fraud.

I ordered 3 tops from your site which is cost of 800rs and I received a used lower this is ridiculous and it has no refund policy they are fraud. They even provide a number which is not in active status.
