I ordered 2 combos of 3 Trendy shirts from the Shirtcart.in website, 3+3 =6 shirts, 3 shirts in each combo pack. The courier service XPRESSBEES is supposed to deliver the package. The delivery person tried to deliver on 23 November 2020 but I was not available at home address that day. As I missed receiving the package, I tried calling Shirtcart.in contact number 9878998799/98785 12857, available but it was switched off and even the phone number, 6283 836 591 that contacted me is also sometimes switched off or busy or not reachable or won’t respond to calls and even if you send mail to their email addresses (help.amit63@gmail.com, support@theshirtcart.in, helpdesk.menshopshirts@gmail.com, there comes no reply. Yesterday on 24 November 2020, Tuesday, the courier service XPRESSBEES was supposed to deliver the package but the delivery person did not come to deliver. The delivery person said that he would deliver today on 25 November 2020, Wednesday.
As the Shirtcart.in irresponsible act of not receiving calls or not replying mails made me think doubtfully about them. And also after reading all of the complaints in consumercomplaintscourt.com, I am sure that I am not going to receive the package from the Shirtcart.in website. All these circumstances made me take decision, not to receive and pay for the package, ordered in the Shirtcart.in.
