I am writing to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court regarding a recent online purchase I made. On 9 sep, I placed an order (Order No. #7892) for two cargo pants from , expecting to receive the items I had paid for. However, to my dismay, I received an entirely different and incorrect shipment. Instead of the cargo pants, I received three poor-quality shirts.
This incident has left me feeling cheated and outraged. I feel that I have been subjected to fraudulent activity, as I did not receive the products I ordered and paid for. I have tried to resolve this issue with the retailer, but my attempts have been unsuccessful so far.
I kindly request the Consumer Court’s intervention to rectify this situation and ensure that I receive the correct products or a refund for my purchase. I believe that this case warrants immediate attention to protect consumers from such malpractices in the future.

Sir i have also gotthe same issue .I also ordered the same i.e a set of 2 cargo pants on 2 october. On 10th october i got the package and it had a jeans that too it was tored.
