I ordered fresh meat( Chicken),1000g, to my apartment which was supposed to be delivered between 6pm – 8pm and I have requested in person delivery from licious store online and paid the amount online , no delivery agent called me and the item hasn’t been delivered yet. I tried calling the customer care service and they are not answering any calls , tried sending a mail to them, they are not replying to that too. I lost my money and i need a refund
The missing item is with order ID 8b969656osbz , this incident happened on 31st August,2022. I ordered.I have checked with my neighbours and nobody saw the delivery made. I’ve been trying to get hold of the customer service through phone and I didnt get an answer.
