I order zurity finger pulse oxygen meter in Amazon .i received product yesterday.after that i open the pack and check the product it not working even it not ON it also.after that i click return/refund option they not accepted the option.in the product there no brand name in anywhere.

I want my money back.they doing and sending fake products. at last I selecte customer care service they cal me.but they talking in hindi.my mother tongue tamil.how i explain my problem.
