Dear sir i order one item from amazon and paid already the amount also but they are not delivering the item when i call amazon call center they are saying they aleady transfer to 3 rd party courier itry to contact the third party courier from last one week there was no any update now after 20 days amazon saying if u not receive they will give refund after 5 days ,they keep 5600rupees for 3 weeks after returning the money they have profit but for customer what is the benifit ,this is not first time for me this is the third time they are cheating me kindly pls take any action against the amazon india
