I ordered oneplus 9 Pro 5g from Royal Store Mumbai on 8th May 2022 and they send the pakage through ecom express. It was suppose to be deliver on 13 May 2022 Friday but it was not deliver on that day. I waited till tuesday 18 May 2022 and the pakage was delivered around 3pm in the evening. I asked the delivery person to open the box before I paid the cash but he disagree with me. After I paid the Cash, I open the box and there was Iphone 13 pro max which was duplicate or nekali or just a cloan. I texted the store and told them I received the wrong item and ask them why they sent me this fake phone but they make fun of it. Humbly I asked for refund and they told me to wait. I waited but no amount was refund in my account. Again I called them they won’t pick the phone. Till now I still still did not get the refund amount which I paid them i.e, Rs.21000 INR
So someone please help me get my money back.
