Dear sir/ ma’am,
My name is Gaurav Tanwar resident New Delhi 110046.I ordered Vivo Z1 Pro mobile phone from flipkart on 19th august 2019 and i was receive the delivery on 21st august 2019 and in delivery i recieve the box of z1 pro and inside of box i found 1 intex used phone with broken screen 3 differnt types of used battery one is samsung one of mts and one is blank. one samsung adapter one used handfree and one data cable. on same day i complaint on flipkart the file my complain and on 22nd august i again file a complain on flipkart they give me date 24th aug and then 25th august and then 26th august.they give me only date not the final result or status what is going on with my complain.
please kindly help to get out from this.
