My Name is Vijay M Tajne.I order nokia lumia 520 on 22/08/2022 from flipz.com which is a part of Jai Durga Enterprises (whiche is deal in second hand phones i.e refurbished phones).
Before placing of order I contacted with Flipz. Com (21/08/2022 at 07:17 PM) customer helpline no. +919136500015( which is also whatsApp no. Contacted with Mehak beniwal on whatapps) And asking for phone pics they sended mi some mobile pics and they are saying mi 100% original condition refurbished and certified. condition is like NEW sir
We offer 6-month warranty and 7-days 100 % EASY REFUND POLICY.
But when I said for cash on delivery they said cash on delivery is not available. You have to pay half amount or either full amount on website https://filpz.com/ ., but when I placing order for nokia lumia 520 mobile, going in payment section there is no option for half payment in the website or flipz.com apps.
Then I ask (consumer helpline which is whatapp no. ) for half payment they sent mi a another mobile no. And they said mi “95605 88601 its our google pay phone pay paytm number sir
after payment send screenshot sir” And they said mi to pay half of amount of Rs. 1975 which is Rs. 988/-
I asked for receipt they decline for giving mi receipt.
I asked for receipt they said receipt will could not be provided they said mi take screen shot of the payment. Take it for your side.
I doubted on this website but I wanted this phone, so I thinked no it’s not a fruad website because they provide mi consumer helpline no. And website apps and and site is also available. Then why they fraud with mi.
Then they call mi from another no. Which is also flipz.com person no. 8076239577 and they said mi your placed order for nokia lumia 520 mobile then why your exist from payment option. I said there is no option available for half payment.
Then they said mi you have to pay Rs. 1000/- half amount and remaining pay on delivery of phone.
I said Mehak Ma’am (consumer helpline no. Of Flipz.com) said mi to pay half amount of rs. 988/- and now your saying to pay half amount of rs. 1000/- why? , I said
Then they whatsapps mi to pay the half amount of rs. 1000/- on 95605 88601 this no.
I said I pay only rs. 988/- and not to pay on any no. Which is you provided to mi (i.e 95605 88601).
Then I said final Receipt your giving mi or not,
They said yes we will give you final receipt after delivery.
I said ok,
Then they message mi over whatapps
Chatting is continue near 11:14 PM
22/08/22 at 02:38 Pm Then I pay full amount which is Rs. 1975/- on flipz. Com apps and takes screen shot and sended to consumer helpline no. Over a whatsapps.
And then they sent mi
“Thankyou for choosing us .
you order number is – FLZ3519
TOTAL PRICE – 1975

They whatsapps mi wait sir in progress..
So I waiting for my order status and all,
23/08/2022 at 4:57 PM they message mi nokia lumia 520 is not available.
They said same price mai koi dusra phone sent karo?!,
So requestes for refund my money they said today 6:00 pm tak zayega, but money not transferred on my account,
I message aagin on same no. Of flipz. Com consumer helpline no.
Refund not done at
They said tomorrow 3 pm tak ho zyega
But not done.
I called on both this no but they are not receiving my call, and I whatapps for my refund , they said refund is not possible.
We will arrange the same pc but they not provide mi my refund and not about my product..
I contacted again and again but they not receiving our call.
Please help mi
