I order a Panasonic AC from Amazon and AC delivered on 8 june then installation team of Panasonic come and open the pack and then found that major part of AC installation missing in box that is copper pipe, it means material theft by Amazon associates during delivery and as per installation team this done regularly by Amazon. And now more worst things is that they asking me for 3000 more to install pipe. And also their site not receiving my replace request.

I order a Panasonic AC from Amazon and AC delivered on 8 june then installation team of Panasonic come and open the pack and then found that major part of AC installation missing in box that is copper pipe, it means material theft by Amazon associates during delivery and as per installation team this done regularly by Amazon. And now more worst things is that they asking me for 3000 more to install pipe. And also their site not receiving my replace request.
Why they not replacing this item?
Why I asking to charge again for same I already paid?

Amazon break my trust this time…
