- Facts of the case:-
- On 16/3/2021 I order 3 leggings combo offer an amount of Rs. 999/-. The customer ID is 6112, Map ID : 19094804, Tracking ID: 59657625355. But the opposite party sent very cheap product material which is not even Rs. 100/- worth produc on 19/3/2021. And the shopping image is entirely different, color is different, quality is also different. The service of the opposite party is much poor and service deficiency is to be happen on the part of the opposite party. The opposite party make people fool and do a fraud. I want my money back Rs. 998+51=1050/- and compensation for my mental agony and the service deficiency happened on the part of the opposite party given to me Rs. 1,00,000(one lakh rupees).
