I opted for 699 plan for whole tenure 84 days i didnot get data , i was calling customer care for nearly 1 month instead of rectifying they speak irresponsibly and disrespect too, they stopped taking my calls .
i sent mails to appllent there also same , the response was so slow , and when asked for repayment they said they cannot pay , they insisted on field visit to my residence during this pandemic, when i said this is not right time and also my health concerns as i am vurnarable group , they were least sensitive about that, they are blaming me for non -resolution. they speak me getting data is big thing i should be happy with it , with much difficulty some where around 75 day i believe they spoke about give small amount into my account with full GST on me, why is that i should pay GST for faulty service ? With such bad experience why is that i should stay back with them.
699 is not a small amount and 84 days was not small time for vadafoneidea to rectify the service and atleast if they cannot to compensate , instead they are asking me to pay 50 rs to know what is GST for unlimited plans
I want right compensation for the service which was not there when i need the most during pandemic
