I was checking my credit score and while I was there I looked into active loan section and it says that I have 2 active accounts one with karur vyasya bank and one with capfloat and the loan amount is of 1600 and 400 INR respectively but I never asked for any loan and it also mentions that I have also paid the loan in 7 EMI’S from Nov – 2022 to MAY – 2023. I mean this is insane I never paid for anything I never asked for any loan than why is this even mentioned in my credit report. Please help me with this.
