I have ordered boat earbuds but I didn’t get them , I had got the earbuds of any other company, I directly raised return on the Amazon app then I had given the earbuds to the delivery boy then so many days passed away whenever I call to the Amazon customer service they pretend like they will refund me as soon as possible but one month has passed away I didn’t get another earbuds or refund . And now when I call to Amazon they say that they are unable to help me .
As my request to you all is my money has been gone to the Amazon but I didn’t get the earbuds or my refund money
Please help me to get my refund as I am a teenager I didn’t tell my parents about this
