I need to port my number but i am not receiving UPC Code for that. Instead i am receiving this message “UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations.
I have already complain with mobile customer care for this and they are not helping me as i required. complain has been already done in 30 days but my issue not resolve.
