yesterday i ordered a phone on mynotch phone .online…still i didt receive any order confirmation from ur side…but ammount is detucted from my account…now i want to cancel my order n plz return my ammount(Rs. 4,200)

I ordered a mobile in Mynotch.online. On receipt of the Shipment i found it is Broken and old one. I have done a online search for customer complaint and found one mobile number. (The number is 8436038375) i have talked to him over phone and he told that i can get refund from Mynotch.online office and he gave a mobile number of office. (The office number is 9901771222). I have spoke to this number and he told he will check my order details and come back. He then called from a different mobile number and asked me on Card / OTP details saying he is initiating refund. I have told all the details. Later on My account got debited with around INR.19098 (I have only entered amount for which i got the transaction details) Awaiting transaction details for remaining amount as well.please take action immediately this fraud gang group.
