I cancel my laptop order on 27th Dec 2023 because order is delay from seller.
I need refund of cancellation fees because refund cancellation fees is not mention in app and they said this is compensation for seller because I cancel my order.
I already book laptop three times on 03/10/2023, 07/10/2023 and 21/10/2023 but did not receive any order and I wait for near two months for my order, that time I did not receive any compensation for wasting of two months and the seller is also same (SVPeriphererals).
And I received message they said The seller has cancelled your order because the courier service provider is unable to deliver to your location.
