Hi Consumer complaint court,
I placed an order on 8th Dec 2025 at 10:45am. I have ordered 6 pieces Seamless Front button Women Comfortable cotton bra of 36 size – I will share the screenshot of the same also below for your reference.

Today on 16th Dec 2025 at 2:10 pm I received the product and I had paid 699 rs online via google pay successfully. But after opening the package – I saw that I have received wrong product – I got only 3 pc of bra which is of wrong style, size and color – I am sharing the pics and video below of what product I have received and I am also attaching email confirmation sent by your team to me on placing my order below.
Thus I request you to either send me the correct item or please give me a refund as soon as possible. It’s very disappointing to receive a totally wrong product. Do let me know if you need any more details or proof from my side. I have attached the screenshot of your return policy as well – where it’s clearly written that if I report within 24hrs of receiving the product you will surely refund so please I request you for the same.
I have more picture and screenshot and videos to submit but below option allowed me to attach only 1 file so if you need any more details from me please feel free to reach out to me.
I have emailed to Faze fashion team 3 days ago but I got no response from them, thus I am reaching out to consumer forum.
