Two weeks ago I deposited in 1xbet 9 usdt through crypto from binance I was told to provide evidence of the transaction I did and later they told me i should add another 6 usdt as the minimum deposit amount is 15 and I told them that i didnt see the minimum at first and they should just refund my 9 usdt and they told me they cant refund my money and I told them i need explanation as to why I cant be refunded and they never responded .I NEED YOU GUYS TO HELP ME PLEASE
