Text of Complaint by Rahul Rastogi:

I have made 3 months advance of Rs.2828 online on 12-07-2020 for new Broadband connection. CAF No. 01111706844. Concerned executive (mobile No. 9891884341 Name is Dinesh) switched off his mobile after I made the payment. He is not responding to our messages. He promised that installation would be done within 24 hours. Kindly arrange our refund or made installation.
