Text of Complaint by Amarjit Singh Arora:

I have made 3 months advance of Rs.2828 online on 28-04-2020 for new Broadband connection. CAF No. 0221348846. Concerned executive (mobile No. 9892328282) switched off his mobile after I made the payment. He is not responding to our messages. He promised that installation would be done within 24 hours. Kindly arrange our refund.
