I made payment for Airtel Broadband on 12th Nov. They said it will be activated by Monday. It has still not activated. I have called the point of contact atleast 50 times since yesterday. They have been telling different things. Once they said Airtel Broadband is not available in my area. Later they said it is available in the area and will be done in an hour. So far nothing has been done. POC has been rude as well
