RESPECTED RBI OFFICER, I DID MULTIPLE CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT FROM AERONPAY APP DETAILS ARE AS BELOW — I DID A CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT OF RS.16186 FROM AERONPAY APP AS ON 24-07-2024 AND WAS SUCESSFUL PAYMENT FROM MY SIDE BUT IT WAS REFLECTED IN MY CREDIT CARD. I DID A CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT OF RS.10118 FROM AERONPAY APP AS ON 24-07-2024 AND WAS SUCESSFUL PAYMENT FROM MY SIDE BUT IT WAS REFLECTED IN MY CREDIT CARD. I DID A CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT OF RS.12870 FROM AERONPAY APP AS ON 21-07-2024 AND WAS SUCESSFUL PAYMENT FROM MY SIDE BUT IT WAS REFLECTED IN MY CREDIT CARD. SO I RAISED A COMPLAIN ON THEIR REGISTERED MAIL AS ON 23-07-2024 BUT NO SUPPORT WAS RECEIVED I REQUEST RBI TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR THE SAME AS IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES ON THERE MAIL ID BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY SUPPORT I REQUEST RBI TO TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST SUCH APPS AND I NEED REFUND BACK TO THE SOURCE MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER ON AERONPAY – 7984017712.
