In 2020 i Rohit yadav .BITSAT application number (20153794) did twice payment towards my application form due to failure of network. Since it was the last day for application form (14 April or 15 April ) so i made payment again by reading terms and conditions on bits pilani site that if payment was done double you will get refund.After one day they mailed me that i received your both payment.Then i mail everything related to refund (like application number,name ,both transction Id ) they said after exam you will get refund but i didn’t get refund of ₹3300 till now .
After that they said that contact your bank for refund .I contact bank bank said that we transfer money to there account now we cannot take it back they have to transfer back to your account
