I made a recharge of Rs.558 to my airtel prepaid number 9423170986 today (10th October 2020) 12.13 A.M.. Amount was deducted from my bank account as I paid through UPI option. Now I am not able to see the transaction in thanks app as well as it was not reflected in my number. Tried reaching through thanks app but no option to raise a complaint there, 121 ans 198 is not working, it’s driving me crazy. Please do the needful ASAP.
