I had to renew my Internet Connectivety provided by Srinagar Net Tech Limited and i made a payment of Rs 472.00 from jammu and kashmir bank internet banking through payment gateway IBIBO Web Payment Gateway , It is Unfortunate niether my account renewed nor refunded back my money even after 15 days ..
