I m so disappointed from airtel for some work I visited to a city far from my hometown 190 km and my net is not working in any area of the city but the customer care executives are telling me that there is a work is in my area for better performance if the work is done in one side area then why i found trouble in whole city totally making customer fool i made. Complains for 4 times still I didn’t get any support even I replace my sim in airtel store the amount of replacement is 25 rs but they charge 50 rs from me totally fraud i think i should go for consumer court and file a case on airtel store
