On 21st may due to Amphan Cycloan my internet connection was stopped the wire got broken. I made a complain about it and after almost a month I got my internet connection back on 23rd June. I had a conversation with airtel customer care executive about it and they told me that I will be getting concessions. I will not have to pay money for the number of days my connection was stopped. But on the same day I got a bill saying I have to pay Rs 706. I again made a complaint and the executive said that she will waive of the money and I will not have to pay money.
Again on July I got a bill of Rs 1248. For the month of May and June 2020. From 21st July I m daily trying to contact Airtel Customer care executive but every day they are asking me to wait for 24 hr.
They don’t reply for your mail also.
