Text of Complaint by Anusha:

I am frustrated with calls that I am getting from airtel customer care..I have lost a postpaid sim and I am going on paying bills for that..several customer care said they blocked the sim but they haven’t and also they are claiming they will send the proof of blocking but never sent it.
