I have Received a call from the person who has told that she is from the shine.com also for the verification I have check from the true caller

He has asked to pay 20 rs for registration fee and shared a link for registration when i want pay 20 but i received a 1000 in may bank message i called a person & i told her to above the matter & she told me pls share the massge and i will check i shared the bank message with otp my account was debited with 1000 shared over the WhatsApp

But after this payment i called her asked for refund she told me the option which is shown in website pls click refund option i clicked that i received the otp and again and again happens it and i lost my 7000 rupess

So I would like to raise the complain against shine and also against that person who is responsible for the fraud according to shine

So kindly help me to get my refund amount 7000rs please fine the details for your reference
