Hi,

this is indrajit, I purchased airpod last year i found issue with airpod and discussed with apple support when my product was in warranty. Bcoz of covid i was not able to submit my device. I got replacement from apple service after warranty is over. But when i was downloading my invoice no srial no is menstion. Then I talk with amazon customer on 9th September till now they r just playing and not providing me invoice with serial no. And now the time limit is over. And i lost my 16k airpod.

i dont know that hat to do I called them 30times to get invoice but no invoice just playing.
